POLICIES 

DEPOSITS/ CANCELLATION: A deposit is required to

reserve appointment. Please call or text no later than 48

hours before your scheduled appointment time to

cancel/reschedule. Deposits will only be refunded if

cancellation/reschedule is done 48 hours prior to

appointment time. Reschedules / cancellations made 12

hours or less before appointment time will be charged

full service price.

NO-SHOW: No call/no shows will result in full service

charge to card on file. No exceptions.

​

TARDINESS: Please arrive to your scheduled appointment

on time. There is a ten (10) minute grace period. If

more than seven minutes late, appointment will be

cancelled and charged full price if it conflicts with

another appointment time. When you are tardy for a

 service your arrival time will

determine how much time will be deducted from your

scheduled service time. Under no circumstances will we

go over time.

PAYMENT METHOD: We only accept cash and card

payment (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American

Express)

We DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS. By booking appointment, you

are agreeing to these terms and conditions. No

exceptions.
